Amy’s Quiche Recipe
Served during our At Home with Amy events
For the Quiche
3 cups graded Swiss cheese.
Half teaspoon salt
Nutmeg
Red pepper
Black pepper
5 eggs
2 cups whipping cream.
Bacon, however much you would like
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
- Crumble bacon over cheese. Whisk together all ingredients and pour in deep dish pie pan. You might want to take a fork and move around the cheese to help the egg mixture go all the way to the bottom.
- Bake thirty to forty minutes until set and light brown around edges
