Amy’s Quiche Recipe

 

Served during our At Home with Amy events 

For the Quiche

3 cups graded Swiss cheese.

Half teaspoon salt

Nutmeg

Red pepper

Black pepper

5 eggs

2 cups whipping cream.

Bacon, however much you would like 


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees 
  2. Crumble bacon over cheese. Whisk together all ingredients and pour in deep dish pie pan. You might want to take a fork and move around the cheese to help the egg mixture go all the way to the bottom. 
  3. Bake thirty to forty minutes until set and light brown around edges
