Local Co-Op Flowers

Personally, I love to support local in whatever form that is. If not local, I look for small businesses for sure.

Three years ago I found Tennessee Cut Flower Co. All of their flowers are sourced from Nashville area farms. Their goal is to supply floral designers, floral shops and grocery stores in the Nashville area with more seasonal, locally grown flowers and foliage. They offer seasonally grown flowers and foliage from local farmers with a goal to create accessibility to local, often organic and sustainably grown flowers to build the local floral industry. The wholesale flowers sold by Tennessee Cut Flower Co. are cut fresh within 24-28 hours of arriving to their customers.

I was lucky to find them at a designer’s open house at her showroom. The flowers I bought from them that night at the open house lasted almost two weeks with a little fresh water every day.

Gotta love a little local!
