Shipping policy
We ship within the United States but are available to discuss options if you require shipping outside of the United States. When products have shipping options (eg UPS or USPS), you are able to select whichever works best for you.
Most orders are prepared and sent to shipping within 2 business days.
If an item arrives damaged, you may be eligible to receive a replacement if (a) the item was delivered incomplete, not up to our standards or if no delivery was made and (b) a customer service request form is filled out within three (3) calendar days of the delivery date.
In certain circumstances, including substandard product delivery, a photograph of the delivered box and contents must be sent to us. Promotional credits for shipping may be issued for late deliveries.
