Apple & Spinach Salad

 

 

Served during our September and October at Home dinners.

Ingredients 

6-ounce package fresh baby spinach

2 small Granny Smith apples, chopped 

1/2 cup cashews

1/4 cup golden rasins

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup vegetable oil 

1/4 teaspoon garlic salt

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

 

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl.

2. Whisk together sugar and remaining ingredients until blended.

3. Serve dressing with salad. 

Yield: 4 servings.
